In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods at samanthasspells@hotmail.co.uk and we will endeavour to rectify the situation ASAP.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping

Shipping and handling costs are all included in the price of the product.

The shipping is first class (NOT signed for), and for UK residents only. If you would like to buy anything from this store and have it shipped to a country outside the United Kingdom please contact me first before adding anything to your cart so I can arrange specific postage and handling costs.
